Aluminum rear sprockets are made from heat treated 7075-T6 aluminum. After precision machining and flattening, they are anodized for durability and corrosion resistance. AFAM's countershaft sprockets are made of chromoly steel and machined for accuracy. Many of these are available drilled and machined for lightness. |

The development of the TC-R shock
is based on meeting the demands of the professional racer and the hard-core
enthusiast. The biggest single request was to engineer an ultra-light,
high-performance shock to enhance performance. The 1999 TC-R has been
engineered to be as light as possible. CNC machined 6AL-4V titanium, and
7075 and 6061 aluminum result in a high-performance shock with a significant
weight savings over a stock shock.

Three options are available for a
wide range of Compression adjustments and the twenty-five click
rebound adjuster offers extra fine rebound tuning. Integral reservoir
contains increased nitrogen volume for more consistent damping over a
long race. A floating piston separates the nitrogen from the oil, rather
than a bladder type device that can fail. Fully CNC machined 7075-T6 aluminum
construction with a hard anodized finish, makes this unit both light weight
and strong. Heavy duty 5/8" diameter chrome plated stainless steel
shaft The best spring available, matched to the rider's weight and adjustable
spring pre-load. High quality spring steel valve shims make up the main
piston valving, which can be changed by the owner to customize the damping
characteristics of the shock. Low friction / stiction shaft bearing and
high quality seals and wiper to keep out dirt. Adjustable length eyelet
to maximize rear ride height without removing the shock from the motorcycle

Scotts dampers let you safely adjust your steering dampening on the fly (use caution when doing so). It is also the only damper that is infinitely adjustable so you can set it to absorb any range or size of energy impact. You can even "turn it off" in case of a flat tire or other sort of emergency. The damper is fully rebuildable and serviceable. Your specific motorcycle will determine whether or not you need a "stepped" or a "straight" arm version of the Scotts damper. Damper and bracket kit must be ordered together for a complete kit. |

Our new line of top mount steering damper kits provides an alternative to the traditional side mount installations. Top mount kits locate the steering damper in front of the fuel tank and above the top triple clamp. This makes for easy access to the adjustment knob and also provides better protection for the damper in the event of a fall. Billet aluminum mounting clamps are beautifully machined to allow complete bolt-on installation. All necessary hardware and instructions are included. Dampers are sold individually or in kit form. For ease of installation in custom applications, the damper body clamp may be positioned anywhere on the damper body. All complete steering damper kits permit full movement of the front fork assembly. |

Galfer Brake Lines UNIVERSAL BRAKE
LINE KITS: All Galfer Brake Line KITS are made with Dupont Teflon
Steel braided cable. There are 16 braided lines of steel around the inner
section, making the line expansion close to zero under all conditions.
Galfer hose meets or exceeds the following tests and requirements:
SAEJ 1401, UNE 26-399-89, ISO 3996. Temperature range : -67/ +464(f).
Braking power, Galfer lines will require less pressure at the brake lever
to stop the bike, allowing the rider to use less force and stop faster.
All Brake lines are coated the entire length of the line to protect the
bike from scratches and the brake fluid from humidity. All Galfer
pre-made brake line kits include all the necessary SS banjo bolts and
